With the tools, we can supply you the information on medical treatment options to move forward with knowledge of all options and side effects to determine which makes the most sense for you and your life goals and plans. You are the center of your care and always should be empowered to make an informed decision knowing the benefits and risks transparently at hand, including the prognosis of each treatment.
Life is a journey, and each chapter may not be the sonnets and beauty, but every person deserves the facts regarding prognosis.
Our goal at Servant Heart is to give you the tools and support to reduce the abrupt, rude crash in life that cancer causes for patients. loved ones, and all involved. Our nurse advocates have experience as oncology nurses. There are many benefits with an advocate on your side to assist in preparing and explaining, dissecting the many appointments with various doctors in different fields, medical terminology, and imaging appointments. We will allow the person to gain control and know what it all means and what to expect to prevent that next blind side. Have you not had enough? Just begging for some sense of normalcy. Regardless of how small it may seem, a question/concern may be, or that simple act that could give back a little sense of normalcy, the nurse advocate is by your side. We act as your voice, support, backbone, and the assistance you require along your path, which will vary and look different at every stage.

Our team is dedicated to the needs, and experiences in search of a solution so we may help and assist in guidance, giving you in a turbulent, uncertain time. No amount of studying can teach a nurse to authentically feel the calling to serve as we do while having the calling to serve and compassionately listen with an open heart, and mind to a person's wants and wishes.
At Servant Heart, we are here for you at your weakest moment. We will be your voice. We will be your strength. We are here for you until you can stand alone once again yet this time stronger becoming your own patient advocate.
